This PR adds comprehensive README.md files to all 10 categorical subdirectories (Arrays, Graphs, Trees, etc.) to improve project discoverability and documentation. Each new README provides a localized overview and a categorized list of scripts within that directory. Furthermore, the root README.md has been updated to include 'Trees/buildTreeTest.py', which was previously undocumented. Verification was performed by executing a representative sample of Python scripts from various categories to ensure no regressions were introduced.

This commit introduces README.md files in each major subdirectory, providing
localized descriptions of the contained Python scripts and their purposes.
Additionally, the root README.md was updated to include missing documentation
for 'Trees/buildTreeTest.py'.
