This update provides a full suite of documentation for the repository. The root README.md has been enhanced with missing script details and instructional sections (Usage, License). A project-wide LICENSE file has been added. Additionally, each of the ten major subdirectories now includes its own README.md file, offering a clear and localized overview of its contents and purpose. Repository integrity was confirmed by executing all scripts, identifying existing issues for future reference.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5061241917041656080 started by @ppant

- Updated root README.md with Usage and License sections.
- Added Tree Representation (List of Lists) to the root README content list.
- Created a LICENSE file with the MIT License.
- Generated individual README.md files for all major subdirectories: Arrays, Error-debug, GraphAlgorithms, LinkedLists, Queues, Recursion, Sorting, Stacks, Trees, and deque.
- Each subdirectory README provides a localized overview and a list of contents.
- Verified repository integrity by running all scripts.
