The existing README.md was updated to be more comprehensive. I added the missing 'Trees/buildTreeTest.py' file to the documentation, included a new 'Usage' section to guide users on how to execute the standalone Python scripts, and added a 'License' section to clarify the project's licensing (MIT). The Table of Contents was also updated to reflect these additions. All changes were verified by reading the updated file and running representative scripts to ensure the instructions provided were accurate.
