The existing README.md was improved to be more comprehensive. A missing implementation (Tree Representation with List of Lists) was added to the documentation. New sections for "Usage" and "License" were included to provide better guidance to users. The Table of Contents was updated to reflect these changes. All Python files in the repository were audited to ensure they are properly categorized.
