Fixes outdated download links for Balena Etcher v1.18.11 (Windows .exe and Linux .deb) to the current v2.1.4 release. Source: GitHub issue radxa-docs#415 - user reported mismatch between documented version (1.18.11) and actual downloaded version (1.19.16 at time of report, now 2.1.4).
