Unrelated greenlet s390x wheel removed during pygments bump

The greenlet package's cp312-cp312-manylinux_2_24_s390x wheel entry was removed from the lockfile, even though this PR only intends to bump pygments. Other packages (like aiohttp, cffi, charset_normalizer, frozenlist) still retain their s390x wheels.
