e20009_analysis is a git repository for analyzing the AT-TPC experiment e20009 done at the NSCL in the summer of 2021. It contains the phases needed for the attpc_spyral package to analyze this data and also contains auxiliary notebooks to aid in analysis. To use this repository, first install attpc_spyral. Then clone this repository, adjust the run_spyral.py file as needed, and run it! The notebooks are taken from this repository; some of them have been heavily edited for analyzing this experiment.
