「問題復旧」は一般的でない印象を受けます。「不具合の解消」「問題の解決」などでどうでしょうか。

HH:MMが時刻のことだとすぐわかってもらえるか不安なので、「右下の時刻表示（時計？）を押してください」のほうが初心者にやさしいかもしれません。

外部リンクの場合と内部リンクの場合で書き方を変えるみたいな慣習（Google公式ヘルプの「〜」を参照してください、みたいな）ってありましたっけ。ない場合はこのままでよいと思います。

何かしら公式ヘルプであることを補足する風習はある気がしますが、書き換える風習は確立されていない気がします（私の観測範囲ではですが、）
