xia2/XDS and xia2/3dii labels have been swapped in the database so that priority processing pipeline option that users see is xia2/3dii, thus matching the name of the actual pipeline that runs. References in mimas to xia2/XDS are changes to xia2/3dii to accommodate this change. The label for mxia2/XDS is alaso updated to mxia2/3dii for consistency, though this has no impact on priority processing pipelines because multi xia2 cannot be selected as preferred processing pipeline.
Additional rows for other processing pipelines have been added to the ProcessingPipeline table. These options have been added to the ispybsvc so that pipelines can be labelled more specifically.
